Minimal signals
Team views use progress, activity, and consented mood scores to identify where a human check-in may help. They do not diagnose performance or wellbeing.
AI boundaries
The coach receives role context, program day, transition context, work mode, and the question. It does not receive private journal history. A privacy-preserving safety identifier is sent with live OpenAI requests.

All names, emails, reflections, and metrics in the public demo are fictional. The demo can be reset at any time.
